Format

Select events with a hypocentre computed by agency
that lies within degrees kilometres				Units
of latitude and longitude				decimal degrees, <0 for west or south
and between	Minimum	Maximum	-	-
date hour			-	4-digit year, 2-digit month, day, hour
depth			or unknown	kilometres
defining phases			or unknown	integer count
and a magnitude of type computed by agency between
magnitude			or unknown	magnitude units
no. amplitudes			or unknown	integer count
For each selected event include:

We are grateful to users who cite the ISC as the source of their data.

Geographic Criteria: To select events worldwide leave latitude and longitude blank. To select events in a rectangle fill in 4 geographic limits. Alternative pages can be used to select data differently.

Other Criteria: The events selected can be restricted by a minimum, a maximum, or both for each parameter. Fields can be left blank to avoid restricting the events selected. Care may be required when using several magnitude criteria together to avoid excluding events of interest.
