CHZP may be treated as alias for CHZ. The two stations are really only 1
m apart. The registered (old) location of CHZ is a little erroneous (by
CHZ is operated by
Central Institute of Mining (BYT network). It does not report, its code
is seldom used, but it exists and provides data. CHZP is operated by
Inst.of.Geophysics PAS (WAR network, FDSN network code PL) Physically
these are different seismometers and separate acquisition systems. CHZP
is planned to be the first of a few (5 - ?) local stations in the area
to be run by Inst of Geophys. PAS, whether other stations will be put up
permanent - is another story.
